● Overview

LS Bau AG – a corporate website redesign with a focus on recruiting employees.

Context

LS Bau AG is a leading road construction company in Southern Germany. They have been building for better mobility for over 70 years. My task was to completely revamp the website to communicate their quality promise to the outside world with a new visual identity.

Challenge

Due to the rapid growth of the company, recruitment is a key priority. The challenge here is to implement a flexible career portal that improves the acquisition of new employees and streamlines the previously complex internal processes.

Approach

Redesigned digital identity by implementing new visual components, but also by reusing existing elements that represent the company in order to represent it to the outside world in a modern and contemporary way.

The new career platform enables LS Bau AG to display all the current job openings as well as promote specific roles on the homepage. With a company portrait, benefits as well as a FAQ section, the job seeker has all information needed. This ensures a smooth experience through all stages.
